Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product returns for change of mind will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Returns for defective products must be initiated within 14 days of purchase date.

As the products are handmade inclusions and imperfections such as bubbles, brush marks, fingerprints, variations in colour, etc. are not considered a defect and are part of the unique/handmade nature of the product.

Refunds will be processed on receipt of the goods subject to the processing times of the original payment method.
